Soldering skilled production worker, Bluefors Oy

We are looking for a production worker with soldering skills for our client Bluefors Oy to join their team in manufacturing and testing of standardized cable products for a fixed-term employment contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday.

Job Description

• Manual assembly and testing of standardized cable products
• Other tasks supporting production as needed

We expect you to have

• Experience in manual soldering (through work experience or relevant vocational training such as electronics assembler or micromechanic). Soldering skills will be tested during the recruitment process.
• Strong work ethic, focus, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English (English is the working language)
• Ability to follow routines and handle pressure
• Good manual dexterity for working with small components and wires

Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but there needs to be readiness for 2-shift model if needed.
