Confoot rules the exception. We stand where the infrastructure ends: defence, food aid, rescue, agriculture, surge logistics, sites where a crane is down and the operation still has to move. Our customers operate in environments where things must work even when conditions are not perfect.
We are now looking for an OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR to support our next phase of growth. The position is full-time, with a starting date as soon as possible according to agreement.
The role can be performed in a hybrid model, but we primarily hope to find someone located in the Jyväskylä region so that day-to-day collaboration at the office runs smoothly.

This role is a key part of how Confoot scales. We are looking for a right-hand person for the CEO: someone who keeps things under control, ensures operational matters move forward, and holds daily operations steady even in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Role:
In a small organization, the role is diverse and varied. A key part of the position involves coordinating operational matters, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities, and actively collaborating with customers and other stakeholders.
The role can also be shaped and expanded based on the selected person's skills and interests. Do you see yourself more in a behind-the-scenes coordination role, or would you also be excited about hosting international customers, participating in trade fairs and events, or managing the company's social media communications? Your responsibilities may include, for example:
- coordinating quotation and delivery processes and handling other administrative tasks
- practical arrangements and problem-solving
- customer and stakeholder communication
- drafting agreements
- invoicing
- various reporting and investigation tasks
- social media and corporate communications, where your role can be smaller or larger depending on your interests
- practical coordination of events, visits, and trade fairs — with the possibility of taking hosting responsibility
- supporting international customers

The position follows the Collective Agreement for Senior Salaried Employees in the Technology Industry.
We have office at Seminaarinkatu 30, Jyväskylä, and we hope you can be present at the office flexibly on a weekly basis, at least a few days a week.
