Senior Project Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients data centre projects across several locations in Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis, and the position is available to start as soon as possible.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of large-scale data centre projects or major project sections, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client satisfaction.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, commercial, and support functions
• Act as primary client and stakeholder interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Develop and execute project delivery strategies to meet agreed timelines and budgets Oversee planning, scheduling, progress tracking, cost control, forecasting, and change management
• Lead project reporting, reviews, and performance management for all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities

✅Requirements

• 1015+ years of experience in project management within construction, engineering or related sectors
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects, preferably within data centres or other mission-critical environments
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, project delivery models and risk management
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
