ServiceNow Developer - Employee Portal Transformation

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for an Employee Portal Transformation.

Seniority Level:

• Senior (5+ years ServiceNow experience)

Responsibilities:

• Develop ServiceNow Employee Center / Portal
• Implement Service Catalog and workflows
• Configure Virtual Agent and AI Search
• Optimize ticket creation and UX performance

Must-have Requirements:

• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with Employee Center / Service Portal
• Expertise in Service Catalog & Flow Designer / workflows
• Solid JavaScript / scripting skills
• Experience in enterprise implementations

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Virtual Agent
• AI Search / relevancy tuning experience
• UI Builder / Next Experience
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD)
