Now is an exciting time to join as we grow rapidly around the world! We're looking for a Robot Technician to join our Finland Operations team in Jyväskylä, where you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Maintaining the health of our global fleet of robots
- Conducting root cause analysis
- Carrying out maintenance activities and upgrades on robots and infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation
- Working with engineers to improve robots health and design

What we hope you will bring to the table:
- A passion for robots and innovative technologies
- A degree in Engineering or another related STEM field, or currently pursuing
- Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and IT
- Hobby projects in electronics or mechanics
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Self-starter mindset; taking initiative, working without supervision, and beginning projects independently
- Fluent English skills
Beneficial skills:
- Previous experience in Technical Support and with any service desk application
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, Jira, CLI tools, and scripting
