We are looking for an Application Specialist, Electrical to join our global Customer Success team. In this role, you work closely with global customers, helping them succeed with Cadmatic Electrical through support, training, and hands-on collaboration. You report directly to the Technical Manager and play an important role in connecting customer needs with product development and sales.
You can work in Finland, Italy, or Estonia either remotely or with a hybrid model from one of our offices.
In short, your job includes:
- Providing customer support globally and helping users succeed with Cadmatic Electrical in their daily work
- Delivering customer training and supporting software implementation projects
- Supporting sales as a technical expert in customer cases, including POCs and study materials
- Creating and updating training, instruction, and marketing materials such as videos
- Working closely with internal teams to provide technical and product support
- Supporting marketing activities, including exhibitions and seminars
- Bringing customer insights into product development and participating in software testing
We wish you to bring:
- Degree in electrical or automation engineering (BSc or MSc)
- 3+ years of experience in electrical or automation design in industrial, marine, or process environments
- Hands-on experience with electrical CAD or CAE software, experience with Cadmatic Electrical is an advantage
- Ability to understand customer workflows and explain technical solutions clearly
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Interest in working in an international environment and traveling when needed

The salary range for this role: Annual base salary of 26 000 € – 49 000 € plus a variable bonus, with on-target earnings (OTE) of 31 600 € – 56 100 €. Please note that this salary range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this position in all the possible working countries, and the final offer may vary within the range depending on the work experience, location, and the level of expertise.
