K Group is looking for a Project Manager / Program Manager to lead business-critical IT infrastructure projects and M&A-related change initiatives. About the role
As a Project Manager / Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading demanding IT infrastructure projects and programs that support Keskos business operations and future development. Your responsibilities may include, for example, cloud services, data centres, networks, capacity management, managed services, service transitions and M&A-related integrations, separations and harmonisation activities.
Your job includes planning and leading projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring clear scope, schedule, budget, governance and stakeholder alignment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of IT specialists, architects, service owners, suppliers and business stakeholders, and ensure that projects deliver sustainable and business-oriented outcomes.
In this role, we expect you to bring structure, clarity and forward-looking thinking to complex change initiatives. You help improve ways of working, make use of new digital and intelligent solutions where relevant, and ensure that IT infrastructure supports business continuity, scalability and operational efficiency.
You will be working closely with Keskos business units, IT teams, service owners, procurement, suppliers and other key stakeholders. Together, you take part in building reliable and future-ready IT services that enable the best possible shopping experience for our customers and support K-retailers in their everyday operations.

Are an experienced professional, and you understand the importance of business-oriented end-to-end processes. You have solid experience in leading demanding IT projects or initiatives, preferably within IT infrastructure areas such as cloud services, data centres, networks, capacity management or managed services. You understand the role of IT architecture and infrastructure as enablers of business continuity, scalability and operational efficiency.
You are familiar with modern project management and development methods, including agile ways of working such as Scrum. You are able to lead cross-functional teams consisting of IT specialists, suppliers and service owners, and you know how to bring different stakeholders together around shared objectives.
You have excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and you are comfortable working in a complex environment with multiple priorities. You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, and you are willing to travel when needed within Kesko Groups operating countries in the Nordics.
Your skills and background:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing demanding IT projects or initiatives - Experience in IT infrastructure projects, such as cloud services, data centres, networks, capacity, and managed services - Good understanding of IT architecture and the role of infrastructure in business operations - Knowledge of project management and development methodologies, such as agile frameworks including Scrum - Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, suppliers, and service owners - A relevant higher education degree or equivalent experience - Fluency in Finnish and English
