Head Chef – Pakistani Cuisine & BBQ Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine, BBQ and tandoor cooking to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Pakistani dishes and BBQ specialties.

• Operate and manage a tandoor (naan, roti, kebabs, etc.).

• Prepare BBQ items, including tikka, kebabs, grilled meats and other specialties.

• Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and hygiene standards.

• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Ensure smooth kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a chef.

• Specialization in Pakistani cuisine and BBQ.

• Must know how to operate a tandoor independently.

• Good knowledge of Pakistani spices, marinades and traditional cooking techniques.

• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.

• Good teamwork and time-management skills.

Language Requirements

• English language skills are preferred.

• Knowledge of Finnish will be considered an advantage.
