_PROJECT PLANNER_

_Would you like to play a key role in ensuring that complex international projects progress according to plan?_

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining and monitoring overall project schedules. You will plan project activities and their dependencies, while coordinating schedules across engineering, procurement, production, logistics and installation. You will monitor project progress, anticipate potential delays and scheduling risks, and provide project management and customers with up-to-date information on project status. You will be involved in projects from the tendering phase through to execution, working closely with the Project Manager and the wider project organisation.

To succeed in this role, you have previous experience in project planning and scheduling, along with a good understanding of overall project schedules, activity dependencies, progress monitoring, forecasting and reporting. Experience in EPC/EPCM, industrial, construction, data centre, battery factory or other demanding large-scale projects provides a strong foundation for the role. You can take independent responsibility for project planning and scheduling.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, as well as a relevant technical degree, for example in civil, construction or mechanical engineering. Strong English skills are essential. You should also be able to communicate in Finnish with your team, while Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. For a candidate with extensive relevant experience, the position may be offered with the title Planning Manager.

An analytical, structured and systematic approach to work is important in this role, along with strong collaboration skills and the ability to take responsibility as part of the wider project organisation.

The preferred location for the position is Seinäjoki or Vaasa, although other Nordec locations are also possible. The role offers flexible remote work. You should also be prepared to travel to factories and project sites, depending on project needs.
