Haluaisitko työskennellä keskellä Lapin vilkkainta matkailusesonkia, kansainvälisessä ympäristössä ja osana ammattitaitoista ravintolatiimiä? Tässä tehtävässä pääset työskentelemään monipuolisessa roolissa laadukkaan ravintolapalvelun sekä tapahtuma- ja kokousjärjestelyiden parissa.

Tarjoilijan työtehtäviin kuuluvat ravintolan asiakaspalvelu, tilausten vastaanottaminen, annosten ja juomien tarjoilu sekä ravintolasalin viihtyisyydestä huolehtiminen. Lisäksi osallistut erilaisiin kokous- ja tapahtumajärjestelyihin, kuten tilojen valmisteluun, tarjoiluiden toteuttamiseen sekä asiakkaiden sujuvan tapahtumakokemuksen varmistamiseen.

Työ on monipuolista ja vaihtelevaa, ja siinä pääset kohtaamaan niin kansainvälisiä matkailijoita kuin yritysasiakkaitakin. Tässä työssä persoonasi saa näkyä – arvostamme aitoa palveluasennetta, oma-aloitteisuutta ja halua luoda asiakkaille onnistuneita kokemuksia tilanteesta riippumatta.

Työsuhde on määräaikainen talvisesongin työ. Työ alkaa lokakuussa 2026 ja päättyy maaliskuun 2027 lopussa. Työaika on 90 h / 3 viikkoa.

Waiter / Waitress (Restaurant, Events & Conference Services), Santas Hotels Gaissa – Winter Season 2026–2027

We are now looking for Waiters / Waitresses for our client Santas Hotels Gaissa for the winter season 2026–2027.

Would you like to work in the heart of Laplands busy winter season, in an international environment and as part of a professional hospitality team? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in both restaurant service and conference & event operations, helping create memorable experiences for guests from around the world.

Your responsibilities include customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable restaurant atmosphere. In addition, you will assist with conference and event services, including preparing event spaces, handling event catering and ensuring that guests receive excellent service throughout their visit.

This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same. You will work with both international leisure travelers and corporate guests. Your personality is welcome to shine in this position – we value genuine hospitality, a proactive attitude and the ability to create positive guest experiences in every situation.

We expect you to have

• A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

• Good English language skills

• Valid hygiene and alcohol serving certificates/passports

• Previous experience in restaurant service is considered an advantage

• Experience in conference and event services is considered an advantage

The employment is a fixed-term winter season contract. The position starts in October 2026 and continues until the end of March 2027. Working hours are 90 hours per 3-week period.
