Marketing Automation Specialists

We are looking for two experienced Marketing Automation Specialists for our client in the banking sector.

Note! This application is only for individuals already residing in Finland, and relocation is not possible.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out: Marketing automation activities to drive business KPIs, e.g. product sales targets for PeB FI. Backfill specialists gone for longer leave / job rotation.

Must-have knowledge and experience: You most likely have a Masters degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing, or similar You have documented experience (> 2 years) with omni-channel campaign building in Marketing Automation solutions such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360/Marketing Automation, or similar Experience with Data Science and web analytics and use of various tools such as PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, CJA, and/or GA Preferably, you have experience working in Agile teams or SAFe, but this is not a requirement Strong communication skills in English, ideally also in Finnish

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience: Finance industry Presentation skills Project Management skill

• Do you have at least 2 years of documented, hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS 360 or similar?*
• Do you have practical experience independently building and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, including customer journeys, segmentation and personalized communications?*
• Do you have hands-on experience with data analysis, web analytics and tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Google Analytics?*
• Do you hold a Masters degree in economics, finance, mathematics, technology, statistics, marketing or a related field? *
• Are you fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders?*
