Brick and facade mason

Equient AS is continually growing and is now looking for skilled bricklayers / facade masons who have an eye for high-quality craftsmanship and, not least, building good relationships with our employees and customers. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to work on various bricklaying projects. You need to have experience in the industry and the trade. Understanding the trade we operate in is essential. You will work closely with quality-conscious colleagues and the company owners. We can offer great development opportunities and a wide network. TASKS

• Larger brick wall projects for recognised clients,

• Follow up and take responsibility for your own work

• Assist colleagues on other projects if needed

• Be a constructive sparring partner for your own colleagues

• Desired qualifications

• You need to have an understanding of systems related to brickwork, maintenance, masonry and the trade in general.

• Must have previous experience as a bricklayer

• You need to understand brickwork traditions and masonry principles

• Takes initiative, thinks creatively and is self-driven

• Can work independently and enjoys having responsibility

• Enjoys the craft trade

• Able to communicate well in Norwegian or English, both written and spoken
