Travel Designer (English-Speaking Role), Lapland Private, Rovaniemi

We are looking for a Travel Designer to join the growing team at Lapland Private in Rovaniemi to design unforgettable experiences in Lapland for international clients.

Lapland Private designs completely customized travel experiences to Lapland for international clients. Each package is built around the client's wishes, with careful attention to detail and a high level of service.

We work in a small, trust-based team where everyone genuinely takes responsibility for their own work. As a Travel Designer, you will have the opportunity to design unique trips for international clients from the first contact to the final details.

Job responsibilities:

• Design personalised travel programs for various international clients
• Identify clients' wishes and create tailored packages based on them
• Collaborate closely with trusted local partners
• Work in close cooperation with the planning and coordination team

You have:

• Previous experience in the tourism industry
• Strong practical knowledge of Lapland as a travel destination
• A precise, responsible, and detail-oriented work approach.
• An independent and proactive working style
• Fluent English language skills; other language skills are considered an advantage. (No Finnish required)

Employment:

• Full-time employment directly with Lapland Private
• Initially a 12-month fixed-term parental leave replacement, but as the company grows, there is potential for continuation and a longer career path.
• Salary will be agreed upon based on experience and skills. Please present your salary expectations!
