We are looking for an Application Consultant, eShare in Europe.
In this role, you support presales by helping prospects understand how CADMATIC eShare connects engineering, EPC delivery, and plant operations across the full asset lifecycle. You work closely with Sales and customers, using your technical understanding to translate plantspecific challenges into clear customer value. You also contribute to shaping demo environments and customer discussions that support informed decisionmaking. You report directly to the Vice President, Solutions Consulting and Presales, Kristjan Müül.
We offer flexibility with location, and you can work either in some of our European offices with a hybrid work model or fully remotely from your home office in Europe.
What you will work on
- Delivering tailored CADMATIC eShare demos for plant and process industry use cases
- Preparing and executing proofofconcepts that show both technical fit and business value
- Mapping customer requirements to Cadmatic solutions during presales engagements
- Supporting Sales with technical input for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs
- Translating plant lifecycle pain points into clear and relevant eShare value stories
- Maintaining and improving demo environments and presales materials
- Collaborating with presales colleagues on joint demos and integrated workflows
- Contributing to marketing activities such as webinars, exhibitions, and seminars
- Capturing customer feedback and sharing it with R&D to support product development
- Keeping CRM information accurate and following up in line with agreed presales service levels
What helps you succeed in this role
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering and interest in plant and process industry solutions
- Understanding of EPC projects and lifecycle information or asset data management
- 0-5 years of experience in presales, application consulting, or a technical customerfacing role (CAD/CAE preferred)
- Technical expertise in CAD solutions, preferably Cadmatic, and related workflows
- Ability to explain and simplify technical topics clearly to business audiences and a commercial mindset that connects technical detail with customer value
- Proficiency in demo customization and experience in customer-facing roles, building trust and influencing decision-makers. Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Solution Selling) is considered an advantage.
In addition, understanding the full project lifecycle from engineering and design through implementation and commissioning is considered an advantage, as is prior experience in projectoriented roles or working within an operating plant environment.
