Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to our client, to lead a project related to product data management. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the projects progress and will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders.

About the role: In this versatile Project Manager role, you will track project status and budget progress while ensuring everything stays on schedule. You will drive the product data concept forward all the way from governance to the factories. It is also essential to understand the product concept across different use cases, such as sales and production, as well as product variant management in various contexts. You will facilitate meetings, monitor the progress of the technical execution, and communicate closely with various stakeholders.

• Tracking project status and budget process
• Driving the product data concept forward from governance to the factories
• Facilitating meetings - Monitoring the progress of the technical execution
• Communicating with various stakeholders

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in Product Data Management (PDM) projects (ideally with proven experience as a project lead/manager)
• A relevant educational background for the position
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish and/or Swedish is considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work

• Have you led a Product Data Management (PDM) or Product Information Management (PIM) project?*
• Do you have experience working with product data governance, master data, or product lifecycle processes across multiple business functions?*

• Do you have hands-on experience with product variant management, configurable products, or complex product structures?*
• Have you coordinated technical implementation teams while simultaneously managing business stakeholders and end users?*

Location: Helsinki (Katajanokka) Start and end date: The planned start date for this position is during September, and the contract duration is 9 months. Other: The role offers a hybrid work model (up to 50/50), and the role may involve occasional travel. Allocation: 50-100%, to be agreed Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Finnish and/or Swedish a plus.
