Food & Beverage Storage Supervisor

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our F&B warehouse, ensuring that our restaurants, cafés, and retail concepts always have the right products available at the right time. You will oversee inventory management, ordering, goods receiving, invoice processing, workforce scheduling, and warehouse organization, while leading and supporting the warehouse team in their day-to-day work. The role is essential to maintaining efficient operations, minimizing waste, and delivering an excellent customer experience across the airport.

As Food & Beverage Storage Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations

• Manage inventories and ensure stock accuracy

• Plan workforce schedules and allocate resources efficiently

• Handle ordering, goods receiving, and stock replenishment

• Process and verify supplier invoices using Basware

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

• Coach and support warehouse employees while driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate closely with F&B operations and suppliers to ensure product availability and operational excellence

We are looking for someone who has experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or food & beverage operations and enjoys combining hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key to success in this role. Proficiency in English and Finnish is a requirement. This position reports into Nordic Food & Beverage Commercial Director.
