Full-Time Cleaner & Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals

This role combines professional cleaning, property care, hospitality operations, and administrative support. The position requires ownership of assigned properties and the ability to ensure consistent quality across all units.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing apartments between guest stays

• Ensuring properties meet company quality and presentation standards

• Conducting inspections and reporting maintenance issues

• Restocking and managing cleaning supplies and guest amenities

• Preparing properties for guest arrivals (staging and setup)

• Using digital tools and apps to update task status and operations

• Assisting with operational and administrative tasks

• Communicating with team members, contractors, and management

• Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes

✅Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, hotels, serviced apartments, or short-term rental operations

• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and professional work ethic

• Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and digital systems

• Basic administrative and computer skills

• Good English communication skills

• Finnish is a plus

• Valid driving licence is an advantage

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required
