Do you have a strong customer-oriented mindset and a proven track record in successfully managing construction projects? Do you have previous work experience from the data center industry? Are you willing to set your base camp in South-East Finland? We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Team/ Site Lead to join our Capital Project team in Hamina. This is a full-time, permanent position, that requires your daily presence on the site, in Hamina. ISS Project Unit is part of the Industry & Technical Services which is ISS largest business unit in terms of turnover. We provide specialist services for the development of its customers critical environment. The quality of the service is ensured by our companys strong know-how, which covers the entire life cycle of the property. The internal cooperation of our organization enables our customers to implement comprehensive service management solutions in a flexible manner. In this role, you will play a key part in both creating new business opportunities and ensuring the high-quality execution of ongoing projects in our customers demanding and international data center and industrial environments. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting as soon as possible. As our Project Team / Site Lead, you will drive success by taking ownership of the following key areas:

Customer Leadership: Proactively manage and nurture our customer relationships, understanding their business to offer value-adding solutions and drive new opportunities. Project Execution: Assume full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and adherence to schedule and budget. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of project management professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Financial Management: Actively monitor project profitability, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting to all stakeholders.

To succeed in this exciting role, you will need:

A strong technical background in construction, engineering, or a related field. A proven track record of success in people leadership, customer relationship management, and project delivery. Demonstrated financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and project profitability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to see the bigger business picture. Fluency in both Finnish and English and good general IT skills.
