What can you expect?

1. Preparatory online language course up to German B1 in Finland, with financial support by TMS and employer, starting in October 2026.

2. Further language courses up to level B2 in Germany sponsored by employer. With level B2 official recognition of your qualification in Germany.

• Working contract from spring 2027 on (limited until recognition, unlimited after)

• Salary before recognition: EUR 2.900 gross

• Salary after recognition: from EUR 3.800 to EUR 4.000 gross plus shift allowance (and depending on workplace e.g. intensive care)

• 38,5 working hours/week

• min. 30 days holiday (plus public holidays)

• Relocation allowance sponsored by TMS and/or employer

• Affordable accommodation will be organised for the start if desired

• Professional on-boarding and mentoring

What should you bring?

• Finnish Bachelor of Healthcare/Registered Nurse.

• Min. 2 years work experience ideally in a hospital (experience in intensive care is an asset).

• No German knowledge needed, English is an asset.

• Nationality of an EU country, Norway or Iceland – or EU permanent resident title.

• Willingness to learn German intensively for approx. 6 months, several hours a day.
