Injection Molding Machine Operators

We are looking for skilled and experienced Injection Molding Machine Operators for our customer in Finland.

Job Description:

• Operating and monitoring injection molding machines in a production environment.
• Setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and ensuring stable production.
• Working with different injection molding machine brands and control systems, such as Engel (cc200 / cc300), Arburg Selogica, Ferromatik Milacron, Haitian, and Haitai.
• Reading and following technical instructions, work orders, and production documentation.
• Quality control of molded parts and making process adjustments when needed.
• Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to support continuous production.
• Working closely with production and quality teams to meet output and quality targets.

Job Benefits:

• Starting salary: 14,50 €/hour, based on experience and competence.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating injection molding machines.
• Experience with at least one of the following machine brands/control systems is required:
• Engel (cc200 / cc300)

• Arburg (Selogica)

• Ferromatik Milacron

• Haitian / Haitai

• Understanding of injection molding processes and basic process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good level of English to communicate at work and understand instructions.
• Strong sense of quality, precision, and teamwork.
• At least High School graduate.
