We are now looking for self-driven and energetic MARKETING MANAGER to our Finnish headquarters in Espoo.
In the role as Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving market visibility, demand generation, and brand consistency in the Finnish market, in close alignment with Nordic and global marketing strategies. The role combines responsibility for strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels, versatile content creation, campaigns, and events.
This role is a new role in Finland, and you will have the opportunity to put your touch into the role, in collaboration with the Finnish team as well as the global Marketing team. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Group Marketing to support commercial growth and strengthen the companys B2B brand position.
In this role you will drive marketing activities that support sales growth in the Finnish market and set, execute, and follow up on the local marketing plan in alignment with Nordic strategy. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, such as marketing automation, lead generation strategies, and SEO optimization. In this role you will also plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms. You will also plan and execute global product and brand campaigns, and coordinate and execute local events and fairs.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A Master or B Sc Degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent Experience from a B2B marketing role, preferably within a technical or industrial environment
- Project Management and leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and work independently
- Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends
- Experience to plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge and documented experience of Umbraco, WordPress, Wix, or any CMS, and strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media content marketing, and analytics
- Strong graphical skills and experience with InDesign, PowerPoint and video editing, and also proficiency in analytics tools such as Matomo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and digital reporting
- Fluent in both Finnish and English. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
As a person you have a high level of energy and drive, and you are self-driven and development oriented. You work in a structured way, and you have ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. You are communicative and service minded, and you have ability to work both independently as well as together with a team.
