CNC Programmer / Production Process Specialist

We are looking for an experienced **CNC programming** specialist who is confident working with **Fusion 360** and **Haas** machines. The ideal candidate has practical experience with milling and turning CNC machines and is able not only to create programs, but also to optimize machining processes and ensure stable production performance. Our client is a Ukrainian-Finnish engineering company operating in the defense tech sector. The company develops advanced mechatronic and robotic systems, combining high-precision mechanics, electronics, and AI-driven software. The companys core products include modular high-precision weapon systems enhanced with AI. The company operates at the intersection of manufacturing, robotics, and defense innovation, developing scalable next-generation solutions for modern automated systems. About the role This role combines hands-on CNC programming, production process oversight, and manufacturing development. You will be responsible for machining processes, optimizing manufacturing approaches, and working closely with design and R&D teams to ensure high quality, efficiency, and production stability. We are looking for a candidate who has: - Proven experience working with milling and turning CNC machines, including programming and machine setup, preferably Haas machines. - Strong CAM skills, particularly Fusion 360 - Practical experience in production organization, process improvement, and close collaboration with design and R&D engineers - English at a working level (B1B2) Nice to have: - Experience with SolidWorks - Experience with EDM equipment - Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of CNC milling and turning machines What matters in this role: - Ability to learn quickly and adapt - Broad technical mindset - Strong problem-solving skills - High work ethic - Ability to coordinate a team or potential to grow into a production leadership role
