Vaski Group is a fast-growing company in the industrial machinery sector, specialising in flat bar and sheet metal processing and automation. Vaski Group combines the strengths of three established brands: Vaski, Pivatic and Ursviken. Vaski´s core strength lies in flat bar and busbar automation, where its all-electric punching, bending and finishing solutions serve energy, charging, data center and power distribution markets.
Through the acquisition of Pivatic in 2024, the group significantly expanded its sheet metal processing portfolio with advanced coil-fed punching and bending systems. In early 2025,Ursvikenjoined the group, bringing decades of experience in press brake and shear solutions. Today the unified business boasting over 50 Meur in combined revenue and estimated to exceed 70 Meur by 2027. VaskiGroup employs 270 skilled professionals of whom 150 are based in Finland.

As a result of our strong growth, we are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Vaski Group. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, supporting the full employee life cycle and driving HR initiatives in line with local legislation and company strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related matters
- Maintain and develop HR documentation including employment contracts, policies and internal guidelines in line with applicable law and collective agreements
- Support managers in employee relations, performance management and employment law
- Support work ability management and occupational health cooperation
- Manage and develop HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding)
- Ensure compliance with Finnish labour law and collective agreements
- Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support salary review processes, policies and HR data reporting
- Support cross-border HR matters within the group
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and countries
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, or similar
- 45+ years of experience in a broad HR role
- Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law, collective agreements and HR practices, including experience with co-determination processes
- Fluency in English and Finnish language.
- Ability to travel
- Analytical, structured and able to handle confidential matters with integrity
- Experience with HR information systems and digital HR tools
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
