Receptionist & Kitchen Helper

Are you a people person with a passion for great service? Do you thrive in a bustling, friendly environment? We are looking for a versatile and energetic Receptionist / Kitchen Helper to join our restaurant team in Oulu for the busy lunch rush!

In this hybrid role, you will be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests with a smile—while also lending a helping hand in the kitchen to keep things running smoothly.

Shift Details:

Hours: 11:00 – 16:00 (Monday to Friday, perfect for covering the lunch rush).

Location: Oulu, Finland.

What You Will Do:

Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude.

Handle guest inquiries and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk/reception.

Assist the kitchen staff with basic prep work, plating, or organizing during peak hours.

Maintain cleanliness and order in both the dining area and the kitchen.

What We Are Looking For:

A Natural Communicator: You are genuinely friendly, outgoing, and love interacting with people.

Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written Finnish and English are strictly required to serve our diverse clientele.

Team Player: You don't mind wearing two hats (front-of-house and back-of-house) and can handle a fast-paced lunch rush.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant kitchen is a big benefit, but a great attitude is what matters most!
