Bus driver for Norrbotten in Sweden

Trafic area Norrbotten consists of around 140 employees and we drive around 70 buses every day. Together with our client Boden Municipality, Piteå Municipality and Länstrafiken Norrbotten, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Boden/Luleå area, Piteå city, and Piteå Region and the surrounding area.
Personal qualities and qualifications
As a bus driver, you are outgoing, flexible and enjoy both service and customer contact. You face stressful situations and environments in a calm and confident manner. You have a safe driving style and drive in an environmentally friendly manner.
Furthermore, we see that you:
- Have a D-driver's license and a valid YKB, issued in an EU country
- Can work irregular hours
- Swedish is an advantage, but we will provide you with training in Swedish.
As a new employee at Nobina, you will receive a thorough introduction and the opportunity for continued skills development.
We offer employment forms (hourly, fixed-term, permanent) on a part-time/full-time basis.
Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, you may be credited with years (within the EU) for placement in the salary ladder.
If you are a citizen or long-term resident of an EU country, Norway, or Iceland and receive an offer of employment, you can apply for relocation (financial) support for you and your family from EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme Sweden. It also applies for job interviews and Swedish language courses.
As part of the recruitment process, digital tests are carried out. The tests are sent to you by email. To proceed in the process, you must receive a passing score in all tests.
Before you are offered a job with us, you will be asked to complete a health examination.

- Driver license D, certificate of professional competence, bus driving experience.

- A bit of the Swedish language, not at all mandatory but desirable.

Contract:
Permanent, with 6 months probationary employment
