- The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Menu Creation: Develop and create a menu featuring authentic Vietnamese dishes, utilizing traditional ingredients and cooking methods.
- Cooking & Preparation: Masterfully use woks and other kitchen tools to prepare a variety of stir-fried, steamed, and grilled dishes. Ensure consistency and quality in every dishes.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Ingredient Management: Source and maintain fresh, high-quality ingredients, managing inventory efficiently.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Asian Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Strong skills in wok and stir-fry cooking.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Culinary certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
