Kuvaus
This is a key role combining customer service and daily operations, ideal for someone who can work independently, stay organized under pressure, and handle dynamic situations.
Responsibilities:
Managing front desk operations and welcoming guests
Responding to emails and phone inquiries
Handling bookings and customer communication
Planning and coordinating transfers
Supporting guides during the high season
Solving problems and reacting quickly to changing situations
Ensuring smooth daily operations of the kennel and tours
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within husky safaris (winter operations)
Fluent English (required)
Additional languages are a strong advantage (especially Polish)
Valid driving license
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
