About the role
This is a highly visible, coordination-driven role focused on change management and engagement rather than technical deployment. As the central hub for the Copilot rollout, you will work closely with IT, various business units, and an established internal Digital Point of Contact (PoC) network.
You won't be doing this alone—external expert partners are already onboarded to handle the deep technical training and specialization. Your mission is to orchestrate these moving parts, track progress, and ensure our workforce feels supported and empowered as they adopt AI into their daily routines.
You are offered
- Front-Row Seat to AI Transformation: A unique opportunity to hands-on orchestrate one of the most significant digital shifts in a major international company.
- Autonomy & Ownership: The freedom to structure your own work and make a visible impact across diverse business units.
- Expert Support: Access to a strong internal network and external specialist partners, allowing you to focus on change management and coordination rather than technical troubleshooting.
Work tasks
- Coordinate and drive Copilot adoption across diverse business units.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business units, and the Digital PoC network.
- Plan and organize onboarding, training sessions, and internal communication activities.

- Track adoption metrics to identify maturity gaps and implement improvement actions.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and scale high-impact business use cases for AI.
- Support the development of internal guidance, best practices, and governance alignment.
We are looking for
- Advanced coordination skills with a track record of driving independent initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Experience in project coordination, change management, or adoption programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and IT functions.
- Business-level understanding of AI or Copilot functionalities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience from large-scale adoption or digital transformation programs.
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven tools.
- Experience managing and collaborating with external service providers.
To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
