Join the team of bold professionals at Enersense! We are now looking for an HSE Manager for our large-scale industrial project in Boden, Northern Sweden. We provide all travel arrangements as well as accommodation while working on site. The planned work rotation will be 4 weeks on site in Sweden, followed by 2 weeks off. The project will start as soon as possible and the estimated duration is until the end of May 2027.
The open position is within our Energy Transition business unit, where we help our customers improve the reliability of their production facilities and enhance maintenance operations. We deliver demanding project implementations for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, manage the overall maintenance and reliability of our customers' production plants and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontracting chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for site safety and safety culture
- You will create the HSE plan and risk analyses
- Maintainand developsystems that meet the requirements of the project in terms of occupational safety and risk management
- Promote awareness of HSE policies and procedures in project delivery
- Organizeonboarding and training for employees
- Ensure that all personnel work in accordance with appropriate safety and environmental rules and regulations
- Monitor the project for safety and environmental violations and hazards and report violations to the project manager for corrective action
Requirements
- Suitable education for the position and similar work experience
- Previous work experience in supervisory positions in industrial projects
- Proven competence in risk management and cause analysis (ability to conduct dynamic risk assessment)
- Good knowledge of HSE legislation
- Good IT skills
- Ability to demonstrate consistent application of HSE practices
- Driving license and readiness to travel
- Good communication skills in English. Finnish and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
