Head Chef, Rovaniemi

For the upcoming winter season in Rovaniemi (starting in October), we are looking for a passionate, independent, and charismatic Sous Chef (vastaava kokki) for our clients unique experiential restaurant concept. In this role, you will not just prepare food – you will create unforgettable memories for international guests around an open fire.

As a full-time Head Chef, you will take royal command of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to bring your vision to life right from the menu design, in addition to managing ingredient orders and shift planning. You will work closely in front of the customers eyes, so you genuinely enjoy storytelling and interacting with people.

Your key responsibilities:

• Daily management and independent operation of the kitchen.

• Menu design with deep respect for Laplands culinary heritage.

• Raw material ordering, food safety self-monitoring (omavalvonta), and shift scheduling.

• Experiential open-fire cooking directly in front of international guests.
