Marketing & Sales Partner Entrepreneurial Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and business-minded marketing person to help grow a local food brand in Kuopio.

We are not simply looking for someone to post content we are looking for someone who understands how to bring customers, develop long-term customer relationships, build momentum, and increase sales.

This role is also about identifying growth opportunities such as: collaborations with companies, offices, student communities, group orders, catering opportunities, local partnerships, repeat customer programs and other creative ways to expand the business.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to help build a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)

• Content creation and campaign planning

• Customer acquisition and local brand growth

• Building customer relationships and community engagement

• Exploring partnerships and business development opportunities

• Helping develop the brand and business strategy

• Following trends and creating engaging content

Requirements:

• Understanding of modern social media and digital marketing

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to think creatively and act independently

• Business mindset and willingness to grow with the company

• Self-motivation, consistency, and execution ability
