Production Manager Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG)

What you will enjoy doing

• As Production Manager LPGyou will have full responsibility for the LPG propane filling production ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations

• You will haveresponsibility for leading the production team,buildingsafeandperformancedriven work environment.

• Youare responsible forthe LPG productionprocesses,equipmentreliabilityand safe operations.Youhavea strongtechnical and process safetyknowledge, includingplant equipment, fillingsystemsand technical documentation.

• You have a knowledge of process safety principles, strong understanding of flammable gas production, ATEX requirements, pressurized systems and you have experience with operational risk assessment tools (including HAZOPS,MOC,PTW)

• You have adatadriven approach to performance management through production KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement

• Also, youwillhave oversight of maintenance, equipment reliability, supplier collaboration, and ongoing system development

• As well asaccountability for budget, resources, regulatory compliance, andhigh standardsin 5S and operational discipline

• You have qualifications and practical experience in engineering or related technical field

• And you have a strong understanding of ATEX directives in the production environment

• Also, you have strong analytical skills in planning, prioritizing and problem solving in a fastmoving production environment

• You communicate clearly in Finnish and English, buildtrustand enjoy collaborating across functions
