You will be surrounded by a competent and approachable team that provides continuous sparring and support, while also giving you the autonomy to work independently. Your closest colleagues are experienced Controllers and Group Controllers, so you get to learn directly from industry professionals about managing both individual investment assets and broader group structures.

We expect from you:
- Relevant educational background: Applicable studies in finance, either completed or in their final stages.
- Practical work experience: You have already gained concrete experience, for instance in bookkeeping, auditing, or assistant controller duties.
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting: You grasp where the figures come from, and you are able to challenge and correct any discrepancies you notice.
- Logical mindset and proactivity: You are confident in taking a stance on the numbers, looking into things independently, and handling routine tasks promptly.
