Project Communication Officer, ACTRIS, Helsinki

Position Overview

ACTRIS ERIC is seeking a Project Communication Officer to support ACTRIS in the design, implementation, coordination and reporting of communication, dissemination, and impact activities within EU-funded projects, while ensuring coherence between project activities and ACTRIS operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Project-focused communication and dissemination planning in alignment with EU requirements, project objectives, and resources.

• Implementation and coordination of project-level communication activities, including coordination with project partners.

• Monitoring and reporting, contributing to project periodic reports and reviews with the European Commission, and to ACTRIS ERIC Head Office.

• Project proposal writing, notably sections related to Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication planning and impact.

• Internal coordination, working closely with ACTRIS Communication Officer for content creation and branding.

✅Requirements

• Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or in a scientific field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience with EU-funded projects, notably on communications, dissemination activities

• English proficiency (spoken and written)

• Strong writing and visual communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in Research Infrastructures
