We are looking for a

Digital and AI Project Specialist

to help turn ideas into impactful digital services and smarter ways of working. You will drive digital projects from concept to launch, working closely with business, marketing, e-commerce, IT, and external partners — and help explore how AI can create value across Reima's digital ecosystem.

This role focuses on transforming business needs into reliable, scalable AI-driven solutions—balancing innovation with robustness, data quality, and responsible use of AI. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys building, guiding, and operationalizing AI to create practical impact.

What you will do

· Plan, coordinate, and manage digital development projects from idea to launch

· Translate business needs into clear project plans, requirements, and user stories

· Contribute to Reima's AI roadmap by identifying high-impact use cases across digital growth, marketing, and operations.

· Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, IT, customer service, and external partners to deliver digital solutions and customer journeys

· Coordinate testing, rollout, documentation, and training for new digital solutions

· Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and communicate updates to ensure timely delivery

What helps you succeed

· Experience in digital project management, digital service development, and/or e-commerce

· Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical specification, and stakeholder management

· Understanding of web technologies, integrations, APIs, digital platforms, UX, analytics, and data flows

· Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and generative AI applications

· Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

· Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Contentful, Jira, Confluence, GA4, PowerBI, or Braze is a plus
