FINLAND - Gelcoat & Chopper Gun Sprayer

Ruiskulaminoitsija (Gelcoat & Chopper Gun Sprayer) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Chopper Gun Operator (Ruiskulaminoitsija) to join our hull and deck production team. This position requires a specialist who can ensure structural uniformity and a flawless surface base for luxury marine finishes. Technical Requirements: * Equipment Calibration: Advanced knowledge of chopper gun maintenance and precise calibration of catalyst-to-resin ratios (MEKP control). * Laminate Uniformity: Expertise in maintaining consistent wet-film thickness (WFT) and avoiding air entrapment in tight radii or spray-up transitions. * Gelcoat Application: Skill in high-finish gelcoat spraying, ensuring zero porosity and uniform color depth. * Material Knowledge: Working with orthophthalic and isophthalic resins, as well as various roving types. Project Details: * Start Date: March 2026. * Environment: Advanced spray booth with strict VOC controls. * Standard: Zero-defect tolerance for high-end maritime surfaces.
