About the role
Holvi is a Helsinki-based fintech company founded in 2011, built to simplify financial management for self-employed professionals and small businesses. With a strong focus on eliminating administrative burden, Holvi enables entrepreneurs to focus on what matters most running their business. Today, the company operates as a successful, team-owned organization with an international team.
In this role, you act as the key point of contact between Holvi and its German-speaking customers. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, responsive support across multiple channels, ensuring customers feel heard, supported, and confident using Holvis services.
The role is part of an international team where English is the working language, while German plays a central role in daily customer interactions.

Work tasks
The role includes a mix of customer support and continuous improvement tasks:
- Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email in both German and English
- Guiding customers in using Holvis services effectively
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback
- Improving self-service channels and contributing to internal documentation
- Managing complex customer cases
- Collaborating with product and development teams to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to team targets such as customer satisfaction and response times
We are looking for
- A solid background in customer service ideally 2+ years
- Fluent skills in both German and English
- Comfort working across multiple support channels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach to teamwork
- Genuine interest in fintech and the evolving financial landscape
