Rubber Extrusion Operator

Location: Multiple Locations across Finland

Employment: Full-time, initial 12-month assignment

We are seeking a highly specialised Rubber Extrusion Operator with experience in continuous in-line vulcanisation processes.

Your duties

• Operating extrusion and vulcanisation lines

• Monitoring temperature, speed and process parameters

• Real-time process adjustments

• Maintaining product quality and production efficiency

Requirements

• Several years of rubber extrusion experience

• Continuous in-line vulcanisation experience is mandatory

• Experience with microwave and hot-air vulcanisation systems is preferred

• Good English skills

• Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced production environment

💶Salary and employment terms

Employment follows the Finnish Rubber Industry Collective Agreement (Kumiteollisuuden TES). Depending on experience and responsibility level, expected salary ranges from€2,800/month, plus shift, overtime and possible production-related bonuses according to TES.
