Job Description

We are looking for experienced and reliable Construction Labourers to join our team on a large-scale data centre construction project in Finland.

Our company maintains very high standards of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site is our top priority.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working on data centre construction projects and demonstrate a strong understanding of site safety procedures.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience working on data centre construction projects is essential.

• Previous experience as a Construction Labourer on large-scale construction projects.

• A strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety requirements and the ability to follow site safety procedures at all times.

• Good communication skills in English and/or Albanian are highly desirable, as these are the main languages used on site, including during daily morning briefings and safety instructions.

• Candidates must be able to fully understand and follow all health and safety instructions communicated on site.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.

• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

Health & Safety Requirements

Our company operates under strict Occupational Health & Safety standards.

Daily safety briefings, toolbox talks and important site instructions are primarily delivered in English and Albanian.

It is essential that all employees fully understand the safety instructions provided. We cannot compromise on health and safety or risk misunderstandings that could put employees or others on site in danger.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general construction labouring duties.

• Assist skilled tradespeople and other site personnel.

• Maintain clean, organised and safe working areas.

• Follow all site rules, safety procedures and instructions.

• Attend daily safety briefings and toolbox talks.

• Report hazards, unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Fixed-term contract

• Working time: Full time (40 hours per week)

• Start Date: 04.01.2027

• End Date: 19.07.2027

• Salary: In accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the construction sector in Finland.
