We are looking for a Brand Manager to join NBI – Nordic Beauty Inc. in Helsinki as a maternity leave replacement. In this key role, you will work closely with international beauty brands and internal teams, helping drive the success and growth of a portfolio of leading beauty brands across the Nordic markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The main purpose of this role is to act as the key link between the top beauty brands we represent and the Nordic Beauty team – supporting our sales and marketing teams in making the brands successful across Europe.
In this role, you will work closely with international brand partners as well as NBI's sales, marketing, purchasing and customer service teams, ensuring that all parties have the information, tools and support they need to succeed.
This is a highly collaborative and business-oriented role that combines brand management, commercial coordination, project management and stakeholder communication.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and developing relationships with international beauty brands
- Acting as the primary point of contact between brand partners and internal teams
- Coordinating product assortments, product launches and seasonal planning
- Supporting sales, marketing and purchasing teams with information, materials and commercial insights
- Preparing and maintaining presentations, reports and commercial materials for internal teams and international brand partners
- Collecting, maintaining and analysing product, pricing and assortment data
- Monitoring sales performance, market developments and business opportunities
- Participating in international trade fairs and meeting with prospective brand partners to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Supporting strategic planning together with sales, marketing and purchasing teams
- Ensuring that critical product and brand information remains accurate and up to date
WE HOPE YOU HAVE
- Previous experience in brand management, category management, product management or a similar business-oriented role
- A relevant degree in business, marketing, international business, cosmetics or a related field
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Good Finnish language skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the cultural awareness needed to work effectively with international brand partners.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and modern business systems
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs and market trends
Experience in the beauty, cosmetics or retail sectors, as well as experience in pricing, margins or commercial product management, is considered an advantage.

OTHER INFORMATION
- The position is a fixed-term maternity leave cover, initially approximately for one year.
- Working hours: flexible office hours.
- Possibility for partial remote work after onboarding.
