DevOps & AI Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps & AI Engineer for our clients project.

Must-have requirements: Strong DevOps capability: CI/CD, automation, and development and build environment engineering. Hands-on cloud expertise: GCP and/or Azure. AI engineering: hands-on experience building agentic solutions — LLM APIs and integrations, agent frameworks and orchestration, tool/function calling, RAG, and emerging standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol). Strong programming skills (e.g. C#, Python, TypeScript).

Advantageous: Operating agentic solutions in production: monitoring, error handling, guardrails, and evaluation. Infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform). Integration platforms (e.g. Frends). FinOps: tracking and optimizing cloud and AI costs. Working understanding of data platforms and pipelines (e.g. Databricks).

Examples of first assignments: Further development of the AI-native build-time environment and developer experience together with the Cloud and Software Engineering teams. Implementing agentic AI use cases from prototype to production, incl. agent infrastructure and integrations. Building automation and integrations (cloud services, Frends). Additional information:

Profile we are looking for: Strong engineering background with senior-level ability for collaboration and independent work; a track record of taking solutions all the way to production. End-to-end ownership: solution design capability combined with hands-on implementation. AI-assisted and agentic development workflows as a core working method (e.g. Claude Code or similar) — while owning engineering quality throughout: reviewing and testing generated code, keeping solutions maintainable, and integrating with established systems. Broad enterprise IT understanding: networking fundamentals, identity and access management practices (e.g. Microsoft Entra), cloud platforms (GCP, Azure), APIs and integrations, and enterprise security practices. A front-line doer attitude: makes progress without a finished specification, keeps stakeholders informed, and raises problems early. Clear communication with both business and technical audiences.
