We are looking for a Group Controller to strengthen our group-level financial reporting. In this role, you ensure accurate and compliant group reporting across Cadmatics international organization. You report to the Head of Accounting and Compliance, Päivi Sarasniemi, and work closely with Financial Controllers across the group. This position is based in Turku, Finland. At Cadmatic, we work in a hybrid model.
What you will work on:
- Producing timely and accurate consolidated financial statements
- Participating in implementation of group consolidation tool and acting as a key user of the tool after the implementation
- Converting local financial figures into IFRScompliant group reporting
- Monitoring IFRS updates and implementing required changes in finance processes
- Overseeing internal controls related to group reporting and maintaining documentation
- Participating in audits and supporting audit processes
- Supporting Financial Controllers in group reporting and IFRSrelated topics
- Participating in process development work and different projects

As a Group Controller, you help ensure that Cadmatics financial reporting is accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with IFRS across the group. Your work gives leadership and key stakeholders a reliable foundation for decisionmaking in a growing, international organization. Acting as a bridge between local finance teams and grouplevel reporting, you support shared ways of working and bring clarity to complex consolidation topics. Your contribution strengthens internal controls, supports audits, and helps our finance processes develop in step with Cadmatics continued growth.
What helps you succeed in this role:
- Strong understanding of statutory reporting and IFRS
- +5 years of experience in financial accounting, group reporting, consolidation, and internal controls
- A bachelors or masters degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, growing organization with a proactive, cando mindset and focus on delivering results
- Excellent English and Finnish skills
