Finance Coordinator

Join Nanocomp as a Finance Coordinator, supporting our finance team in day-to-day financial operations and working alongside experienced finance professionals.

We are looking for a hands-on and quick-learning finance professional with strong analytical skills and a practical approach to getting things done. You do not need extensive experience – what matters most is that you are comfortable with numbers, work accurately and take ownership of your tasks.

The role is based in Lehmo, Finland. Our culture is built around working together on-site, and we primarily work from the office. The role also includes occasional travel to the Helsinki metropolitan area as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day financial operations and recurring finance processes

• Preparing calculations, reports and financial follow-ups using existing templates and models

• Maintaining accurate financial data and documentation

• Supporting monthly reporting and other recurring finance tasks

• Coordinating with external accounting partners and supporting communication with the parent company

• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed accurately and on time

What we are looking for

• Relevant education in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience

• Good understanding of basic finance and accounting principles

• Confidence working with numbers, Excel and financial data

• A structured, accurate and proactive way of working

• Ability to work independently and learn quickly

• Good communication skills in English

Experience with Netvisor, SAP or other ERP and financial systems is an advantage, but not required.

Salary

The salary range for this position is 3000-3800 € per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
