Project Manager - Research & Development

We are looking for aProject Manager—someone with a fantastic work attitude who can seamlessly balance multiple moving parts and drive execution with a forward-looking mindset.

Your role

You will bring clear structure to new product development projects, leading them seamlessly from planning to final execution.In this role, you will build solid business cases and create realistic schedules together with Product Management, ensuring milestones are hit.You will handle multiple projects simultaneously,coordinating product development, prototypes, and pilot series manufacturing.By being proactive and highly collaborative, you will work closely with internal R&D teams and external partners to anticipate risks earlier and keep projects moving forward. You will also look for ways to optimize our processes to make execution even smoother.

What We are Looking For

• A well-organized individual with a proven ability to bring order, handle several projects with ease, and consistently deliver on time

• A proactive mindset, you don't wait for things to happen. You take ownership and actively push initiatives forward

• Excellent teamwork abilities and fluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Technical foundation: B.Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering / Electronics or similar

• Hardware knowledge – experience or strong familiarity with electronics

• Knowledge of LED driver or power supply development

• Familiarity with agile development methods
