Mechanical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Mechanical Construction Managers to support our clients Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage communication with the client
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities and ensure HVAC work meets project and safety requirements
• Coordinate with the project team to schedule pipework installation according to the project timeline
• Review the project at handover, manage procurement of equipment and subcontractors, and oversee technical purchasing
• Assist in documenting and pricing scope changes and preparing monthly valuations and final accounts
• Support the project schedule, including preparing a two-week look-ahead plan with the project team
• Ensure sufficient labour resources are available according to the project schedule
• Ensure all compliance and governance requirements are followed, especially:

+ Site health and safety, ensuring subcontractors work safely + Identifying improvements to working methods to increase safety + Maintaining good housekeeping standards on site

✅Requirements

• Relevant mechanical qualification (e.g., Engineering degree, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ)
• Experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is preferred
• Data Centre project experience is an advantage
• Good organisational, communication and time management skills
• Previous experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory
• Finnish language skills considered as a benefit
