Mechanical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Mechanical Construction Managers to support our clients Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Manage communication with the client * Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities and ensure HVAC work meets project and safety requirements * Coordinate with the project team to schedule pipework installation according to the project timeline * Review the project at handover, manage procurement of equipment and subcontractors, and oversee technical purchasing * Assist in documenting and pricing scope changes and preparing monthly valuations and final accounts * Support the project schedule, including preparing a two-week look-ahead plan with the project team * Ensure sufficient labour resources are available according to the project schedule * Ensure all compliance and governance requirements are followed, especially: + Site health and safety, ensuring subcontractors work safely + Identifying improvements to working methods to increase safety + Maintaining good housekeeping standards on site Requirements: * Relevant mechanical qualification (e.g., Engineering degree, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, or NVQ) * Experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is preferred * Data Centre project experience is an advantage * Good organisational, communication and time management skills * Previous experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory * Finnish language skills considered as a benefit Due to GDPR regulations, applications will only be accepted through our official application system Please note that due to clients urgent need only applicants with a valid working permit / EU-citizenship can be considered.
