Our technology portfolio today consists of onshore hydro, wind, solar, and battery storage solutions. We are now seeking a Warranty Manager to join our Power Generation team. The team is responsible for the entire electricity production portfolio ensuring the assets are performing optimally and are utilised in the most effective way in todays and tomorrows dynamic and evolving energy market. This permanent role is located in Helsinki Finland although some travel is needed in the position. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that contractual warranty obligations are fulfilled and that deviations, defects, and performance shortfalls are identified, documented, and addressed in a timely mannerAct as a key contact between partners, operators, and traders to ensure aligned, value-driven decisionsIdentify and promote asset revenue optimisation initiatives based on market conditionsParticipate in planning and decision-making related to outages, maintenance, and development activities from a commercial optimisation perspectiveMaintain performance follow-up, reporting, and analysis related to assigned assetsParticipate in initiatives for process development within the teamThe ideal profile: Experience in commercial management of production assets, power plants, or similar infrastructureUnderstanding of electricity markets, including market structures, pricing mechanisms, and optimisation principlesAbility to translate technical asset performance and constraints into commercially optimal market decisionsExperience working with data, models, and tools supporting market optimisation, forecasting, or asset performance monitoringRelevant higher education degree (e.g. engineering, energy economics, business, or a related field)Fluent communication skills in English and FinnishQuestions?
