Project Assistant

Join Nanocomp as a Project Assistant in Lehmo, Finland. In this full-time, on-site position, where you will support our operations by maintaining and updating information in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA), collecting and organizing data, and assisting project teams with administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes in a dynamic international environment.

Your Responsibilities

· Maintain and update information in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA)

· Collect, organize, and verify data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

· Assist project teams with administrative and support tasks

· Prepare reports and support documentation activities

· Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments

· Support systematic information management and administrative processes

Requirements

· Vocational qualification, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience in business administration, office management, or a related field

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good organizational and administrative skills

· Ability to work systematically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Interest in working with ERP systems; previous SAP or ERP experience is considered an advantage

· Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

· A proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented mindset

Salary

The salary range for this position is € 2,300–2,700 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
