- Stakeholder Workshops & Interviews: Gather requirements, pain points, and business use cases across IT and key business units.
- Current State & Data Analysis: Assess current file repository usage, data age, governance models, and technical dependencies.
- Cleanup & Growth Control Strategy: Develop practical recommendations for data cleanup, archiving, and lifecycle management.
- Future-State Roadmap & Recommendations: Evaluate future solution options with architects and support the development of an executive-level modernization roadmap.
We are looking for
- 1–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, IT projects, or technology assessments.
- Structured & Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to structure complex information, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Communication & Facilitation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in facilitating workshops and interviews with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Requirements: Fluent professional English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of Finnish is considered a plus.
- Proactive Attitude: Curiosity, self-driven work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn new systems and operational frameworks.
