We are looking for practical nurses and registered nurses for permanent employment to enable our clients to live full lives! Summer and temporary work are also possible. Work takes place in teams and client locations in the Oulu region, within the North Ostrobothnia area.

What doesworkin Disability Services Care Teams involve? Mehiläinen's disability services provide 24/7 home care for clients. When working in care teams, you get to focus on providing high-quality care to one client. Work in care teams includes traditional nursing, medication administration, as well as monitoring and guidance. A rehabilitative approach is emphasized in client work, and work is done in good cooperation with the client and their family. The work is three-shift work, but you can flexibly influence your shifts. This work is excellent, for example, alongside studies. We want to build a working life where your free time and work are in a balance that supports your well-being. You will receive high-quality and individualized orientation at the client site, and if you wish, you will have the opportunity to expand and deepen yourexpertise.

We expect from you: A degree in social and health care or studies in the field. For practical nurse students, 120 completed credits, and for registered nurse students, 140 credits. For practical nurses, werequirestudies in the field of nursing and care. To succeed in this job, you must have good Finnish language skills. We appreciate valid LOVE permits, but you can also complete them through us if necessary.English language skills arerequiredfor client work, but nursing documentation must be done in Finnish. Although your work in care teams is independent, you will be supported by colleagues, a team leader, and team supervisor Joanna. They will help you succeed and thrive in your work and are already looking forward to hearing from you.

The task requires a tuberculosis examinationin accordance withSection 55 of the Communicable Diseases Act for everyone who meets THL's risk criteria.

💶Salary

Depending on education and years of experience, according to the collective agreement for the private social services sector: For practical nurses, according to salary class G22: 2460.27 € - 2785.40 € /month, and for hourly paid: 15.09/h € - 17.09/h € + 9% holiday compensation. For registered nurses, according to salary class G24: 2723.92 € - 2990.35 € /month, and for hourly paid: 16.71/h € - 18.35/h € + 9% holiday compensation.
