Nanny for a special need Child

I am seeking to employ a full-time nanny to care for my 12-year-old son, who has special needs. The role involves providing daily supervision, support with routines, and ensuring his safety and well-being. The position includes accommodation and meals, as well as access to the family car for work-related duties. The employment will be formal and in accordance with Finnish labour law. The salary will be based on experience and the applicable collective agreement (TES) for domestic work/childcare in Finland. All terms will be defined in a written employment contract. • Provide daily care and supervision.

• Assist with morning and evening routines.

• Preparing the child for school, accompany the child to therapy sessions, appointments, and recreational activities when required.

• Assist with communication, behavioral support, and social interaction.

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

• Monitor and report any changes in the child's health, behavior, or development.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Perform child-related household duties such as laundry, tidying play areas, and organizing belongings.
